MABELIA website (hereinafter: the “Website”) is operated by MABELIA (licensed business) (hereinafter: the “Company”) and serves as an online store for purchasing handmade jewelry (hereinafter: the “Product”).
General
These Terms and Conditions are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but apply equally to all genders.
Use of the Website and purchases made through it are subject solely to these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing a Product constitutes the customer’s full agreement to these Terms and Conditions and creates a binding agreement between the parties.
Purchasing on the Website
The Website allows for secure, convenient online purchasing of Products, subject to stock availability.
Purchases may be made by credit card only, subject to approval by the credit card company.
All prices include VAT.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue the marketing and/or sale of Products at any time, and to deny the right to purchase at its sole discretion.
Delivery and Shipping
Processing and preparation time: Up to 14 business days from the order date, depending on workload and the type of Product ordered.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after preparation is completed.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase.
The shipping cost is included in the Product price.
The Company shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellations and Returns
A transaction may be canceled by contacting customer service by phone or email.
The cancellation will take effect only after written confirmation has been received from the Company.
A purchase may be canceled within 14 days from the date of the transaction or within 7 days from the date of receiving the Product — whichever is later.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, together with the original invoice.
The cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the customer.
If the Product has already been shipped to the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost.
This cancellation policy applies only to Products purchased through the Website. Products purchased from any other source cannot be returned through the Company.

The Company takes reasonable measures to protect privacy and data security.
In circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused.
The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of processing the purchase and in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts in the districts of Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva, at the Company’s sole discretion.
