Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be returned to the following address:
6 Pri Megadim St., Ganei Modi’in

Return period: Up to 14 days from the date of purchase, or 7 days from receiving the jewelry — whichever is later.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accompanying materials.

Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Refunds

Full refund: A full refund will be issued for items returned in their original condition — unused and undamaged.

Shipping fees: If the purchase included “free shipping,” the buyer will be charged a shipping fee of NIS 99 in the event of a refund. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-refundable items: Custom-designed jewelry, personalized jewelry, or jewelry that has been damaged or used.

Exchanges

Conditions: The item for exchange must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accompanying materials, and must be returned to the address above within 14 days from the date of purchase, or 7 days from receiving the product — whichever is later.

Reshipping cost: In the case of an exchange, the buyer will be charged an additional shipping fee of NIS 99 for the delivery of the new jewelry item.

Price differences: If the new jewelry item is more expensive than the original item, the price difference must be paid according to the current price list.

After receiving approval, please send the item to the address above in secure packaging and in its original condition.
